Meaning
arjuna = O Arjuna; tu =but; yaḥ = one who (the enlightened one); niyamya = having restrained; indriyāṇi = senses; manasā = by the mind; ārabhate = observes; karma-yogam = Karma Yoga. asaktaḥ = (without adherence), unattached; karma-indriyaiḥ = to the organs of action (Speech--Larynx, grasp--Hands, ambulation--Feet, evacuation--Anus, procreation-Genitals); saḥ viśiṣyate = he is superior (to the deceitful teacher);
